How to install Hotspot Shield 2.65 Elite Version
- Now when you have completed downloading the files then keep the downloaded files on your desktop.
- Now go to C:\Windows\System32\drivers\etc and copy hosts file from the folder and past that hosts file on your computer's desktop.
- Open the hosts file,A window will open named as File Type Helper Select the third option Search through windows and then click on Search.See the Screenshots below.
4.After clicking on Search a new window will open named as Open with simply select notepad from the options.
5.Now the hosts file will open in Notepad format,Simply at the end of the notepad of Hosts file copy this text and paste it there,

7.After pasting the text at the end of Hosts file save the hosts file and then copy the hosts file from the desktop and paste the file in its orignal location e.g C:\Windows\System32\drivers\etc,Click on Copy and Replace option from the window,If a window opens saying that you need permission to do this action click on continue.
8.Now go to My Computer and then click on the option Uninstall or change a program at the upper bar of My computer.
9.A window will open uninstall any previous version of hotspot shield.
10.Now comes the main Step open the files which you have downloaded from above link.You will notice that there are two files in that folder e.g file 1 and file 2,First open the file 1 there will be setup of hotspot shield and then install the hotspot shield.
Note: when you will install the hotspot shield from file 1 remember to uncheck the option Launch after installation & the toolbar installing option.
11. Now restart your computer.
12.After restarting your computer don't click on hotspot shield now open the file 2 there will be setup of hotspot shield and then again install the hotspot shield from file 2 folder..again remember to uncheck the option Launch after installation & the toolbar installing option.When you will install hotspot shield from file 2 a window might open named as Confirm File Replace and then click on Yes
13.Now again second time restart your computer.When you have restarted your computer again second time then you will see that finally Hotspot Shield is Upgraded in Elite full version.Enjoy the full speed proxy of the Hotspot's elite version.
